Return and exchange policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • Defective products are accepted after being verified by our experts.
  • Customer returning a defective product can choose between repairing, replacing or returning the item.
  • In case of return, the customer will be refunded according to the same method of payment used for the initial purchase.
  • All merchandise returned for exchange or store credit note must be in perfect sellable condition
  • Any Damage Caused to the Merchandise Would be Customerʼs Responsibility and Would not be Considered for Exchange.
  • Non-defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 30 days of the purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • All Exchanged Merchandise Should Accompany Receipts and all Related Merchandise Lables and Tags.

 

DEPOSIT

  • Deposit paid for any merchandise request is considered as final.
  • A deposit can be recovered by the customer in the following cases only:
    • Non-conformity of the item with the agreed specifications between the customer and Braschi!
    • If the item is not delivered to the customer on the dates specified in the contract.
    • Unavailability of the item after the deposit is paid.
