RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- Defective products are accepted after being verified by our experts.
- Customer returning a defective product can choose between repairing, replacing or returning the item.
- In case of return, the customer will be refunded according to the same method of payment used for the initial purchase.
- All merchandise returned for exchange or store credit note must be in perfect sellable condition
- Any Damage Caused to the Merchandise Would be Customerʼs Responsibility and Would not be Considered for Exchange.
- Non-defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 30 days of the purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- All Exchanged Merchandise Should Accompany Receipts and all Related Merchandise Lables and Tags.
- Deposit paid for any merchandise request is considered as final.
- A deposit can be recovered by the customer in the following cases only:
- Non-conformity of the item with the agreed specifications between the customer and Braschi!
- If the item is not delivered to the customer on the dates specified in the contract.
- Unavailability of the item after the deposit is paid.
